A pressure-free, engaging class where children can explore the gym independently for the first time! This fully coach-led session includes a fun mixture of music, games, and gymnastics activities. It’s designed to help build each child’s strength, balance, and coordination as they gain confidence and prepare to join our Little Stars class. Parents/carers may take part in the class with the children for the first few sessions if needed
