Terms & Conditions

Class Fees & Payments

• All classes are booked and paid for via ClassForKids.
• Fees are collected by monthly direct debit on a rolling subscription basis.
• Our class fees are calculated across 50 weeks of the year, with a two-week break over the Christmas period.
• As fees are averaged over the year, the full monthly payment is required every month, including December, regardless of the Christmas break.

Joining Mid-Month

• If a child joins part way through a month, a pro-rata fee for the remaining sessions will be added to the first direct debit payment, alongside the standard monthly fee.

Cancellations & Notice Period

• All subscriptions are rolling monthly memberships.
• We require one full calendar month’s notice to cancel a subscription.
• Notice must be given via ClassForKids (or in writing if you prefer to add that).
• If the required notice is not given, the next month’s payment will still be taken.

Missed Classes

• Fees are payable regardless of attendance.
• Missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other commitments are non-refundable and non-transferable
