Ready to take your gymnastics skills to the next level? Our Tumbling class focuses on developing powerful, controlled tumbling skills, including round-offs, handsprings, flips and more!
Gymnasts will work on technique, strength, flexibility, confidence and safe progressions, building towards more advanced tumbling skills at their own pace.
Please note: This is an ability-based class. Gymnasts must be able to perform a solid, controlled handstand and round-off independently before joining. These skills must be consistent and confidently performed without assistance.
Our coaches will then help each gymnast progress through appropriate skills and drills, with a strong focus on correct technique and safety.
